Here's what your membership entails:

i. Membership Duration:

Your Platinum Reserve Card membership entitles you to the duration of membership opted by you, whether it’s for 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year, starting from the date of subscription. Enjoy the freedom of bringing along as many guests as you desire, with no restrictions on operational days & timings.

There are also no limitations on the number of times you can avail of your membership benefits during its validity period.

ii. Celebrate in Style with Platinum Reserve Card Privileges:

Indulge in the luxury of our Platinum Reserve Card membership, where every visit is a celebration! As a Platinum Reserve Card member, you’re treated to an exclusive offer: for every bottle of liquor purchased at menu rates, receive another as our complimentary gift to you.

Choose from our exquisite selection of brands & revel in the knowledge that the bottle of higher value will be charged, while the second one will be yours, on us!

But that’s not all! Your Platinum Reserve Card membership unlocks even more excitement. Even if you don’t opt for a full bottle, you can still enjoy our 2 + 1 peg offer on any straight drink from our menu, at menu rates. So whether you’re savoring your favourite single malt or exploring new whiskey blends, your Platinum Card ensures that every sip is a memorable one. Cheers to unforgettable moments at QEY!

As our exclusive Platinum Reserve Card member, you’ll receive prior invitations to all our exclusive events, where we curate unforgettable experiences just for you.

From themed parties and live music nights to chef’s special tasting sessions, our events are designed to delight your senses & elevate your dining experience. Be sure to reserve your table as per restaurant reservation policy before the event opens to the public, ensuring you’re front & center for all the excitement. Get ready to be wowed at QEY!

iii. Loyalty Points & Rewards:

Elevate your experience with our exclusive Platinum Reserve Membership , where you’ll earn an enticing 15% in loyalty points on your total invoice amount, excluding the liquor bottles availed under the Platinum Membership scheme, as well as peg-wise offers. Each point holds the value of 1 Rupee & these points can be redeemed on your subsequent visit, enhancing every interaction with us.

Please note that loyalty points exclude service charge & government taxes.

iv. Exclusive Locker Access (Four Bottle Storage):

Experience the epitome of luxury with your personalized QEY locker, designed to safeguard your most treasured liquor bottles from our esteemed collection.

Reserved exclusively for Platinum Reserve Membership holders like you, your locker graciously accommodates up to four bottles, ensuring that your finest selections are always within reach. Additional bottles may be purchased & enjoyed at your leisure, but only four can be stored in your exclusive locker, with the remainder available for immediate enjoyment.

v. Beer Offers:

Please note that beers are not included in the membership offers.

vi. Terms of Membership:

As a cherished member, we want to ensure that your experience remains exceptional:

Membership benefits are valid for the duration of membership opted by you, whether it's for 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year, starting from the date of subscription.
Loyalty points hold a three-month validity from the date of issuance.
The Loyalty points cannot be redeemed without providing the OTP received on registered mobile number.
Your membership is non-transferable & non-refundable.
Table reservations are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
The Membership Card cannot be accessed without the member present at the time of billing.
Membership schemes & points redemption are not applicable on 31st December each year. Additionally, please note that even membership benefits cannot be availed on 31st December each year.
The management reserves the right to amend or withdraw benefits without prior notice.

Additionally, please be informed of the following:

Only bottles purchased from our premises can be stored in your locker. - Lockers availed as part of the membership benefits cannot be taken outside the restaurant premises.
Effective storage is crucial for maintaining the taste & quality of fermented alcholic beverages, hence their storage is not permitted.
The management is not liable for any claims regarding stored items. - Locker charges of Rs. 500 per day apply post-membership expiration. Post the membership period, if bottles remain stored in the locker, a daily charge of Rs. 500 will be incurred. Members have the option to renew their membership in advance before the expiry date to avoid charges. Alternatively, a grace period of 4 days from the membership expiration date is provided to remove the bottle from the locker. If the membership is not renewed & the bottle is not removed within 15 days of the membership expiration, the stored bottle will be confiscated without any liability or claims.
Membership benefits & locker access require OTP verification on the registered mobile number.
A signature is required on the bottle & storage card provided for record keeping purposes.
