As a token of our appreciation, we are delighted to introduce the QEY Loyalty Card, designed to enhance your dining journey with us.
Before you embark on this exciting adventure, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following :
i. Membership Duration and Charges:
You are entitled to a complimentary lifetime Loyalty Card.
ii. Earning Loyalty Points:
- Enjoy 10% loyalty points on your entire bill amount, where 1 point equals 1 rupee.
- Loyalty points are calculated on the total sales of food, beverages & liquor, excluding service charges & government taxes.
iii. Redemption of Loyalty Points:

- Loyalty points can be redeemed on your next visit to QEY against your bill amount.
- To redeem points, provide the OTP received on your registered mobile number to our server during billing.
iv. Points Validity:
- Loyalty points are valid for a period of three months from the date of issue. - Points not redeemed within the validity period will expire.
v. Benefits & Privileges:
- Enjoy the flexibility of dining with any number of guests at any time during our operational hours.
- There are no restrictions on the number of visits you can make using your Loyalty Card.
- Loyalty points cannot be redeemed for cash & are non-transferable.
- The Loyalty Card does not guarantee table reservations or additional services.
- The Loyalty points cannot be redeemed without providing the OTP received on registered mobile number.
- The Loyalty Card cannot be accessd without the member present at the time of billing.
- Loyalty schemes & points redemption are not applicable on 31st December each year.
vii. Enrollment Process:
- Enroll your Loyalty Card on our website, by scanning the QR code provided.
- Register your card with your details: Name, Membership no. on card, Mobile Number, Date of Birth & Date of Anniversary.
- Complete the registration process by entering the OTP received on your mobile number.
viii. Cancellation Rights:
- QEY reserves the right to cancel the Loyalty Card member ship at any time without prior notice or reason.
